👋 Hey, I’m Juliusz
For nearly two decades, I’ve lived and breathed software. I’ve worked across fintech, logistics, IoT, and telcos — building systems that scale, designing clean architectures, leading engineering teams. I still enjoy the craft of writing beautiful, maintainable code. But these days, my energy is mostly focused on something bigger: solving real-world problems through meaningful products.
That’s why I started building Menuvivo — a smart assistant for your kitchen that uses AI to help you plan meals, track inventory, and reduce food waste. The idea came from my own life: I love good food, but I hate wasting time and groceries. So I built a tool that helps families like mine eat better, spend smarter, and waste less. We’re still early, but the momentum is real.
💼 Career in Tech
Before Menuvivo, I spent 17+ years as a Software Architect, Solution Designer, and Technical Lead. I specialize in:
- Designing scalable distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Running cloud-native systems on AWS, Kubernetes, and serverless stacks
- Leading high-performing engineering teams, mentoring developers, and improving delivery processes
- Working hands-on with Java, Spring, Micronaut, DevOps, and infrastructure automation
In recent years, I’ve added IoT and AI to my toolbox — from connected meters and large-scale telemetry to image recognition and LLM-powered agents. I’m constantly learning and evolving.
🔍 What Drives Me
I’m not just here to build cool tech. I want to build things that matter:
- Tools that make life simpler or better.
- Systems that are elegant, efficient, and resilient.
- Products that help people live healthier, happier, more sustainable lives.
I care deeply about integrity, focus, and continuous growth — both as a founder and a human being. I believe in quiet consistency over loud hype.
🌱 What I’m Working On Now
- 🚀 Building Menuvivo MVP — focused on AI-powered inventory tracking and meal planning
- 🧠 Exploring new applications of LLMs and agents
- 🛠️ Helping other founders as a fractional CTO and architecture advisor
